PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

1. Formation of Contract

1.2 These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Cachet Services Ltd (the Supplier – “Cachet Services Limited”, "Jewellery by Christine", “we”, “our” or “us”).

1.3 No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order request or offer and sent you confirmation in writing or by email to the address or email address you have given. Once we do so, there is a binding legal contact between you and us. It is your responsibility to ensure that correct goods for your purpose are ordered and to check the order confirmation.

1.4 Please be aware that cancellation rights do not apply to our custom-made to order products.

1.5 Ready to Wear Range - If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please inform us via Feedback Form or email: returns at cachetservices dot co dot uk. Return the goods in the same condition that they were received in (Earring seals should not be broken). Please send items via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as the company cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

2. Disclaimer

2.1 Should there be an error in the description or price of goods on the site, we reserve the right to supply goods at the correct price. Due to the proliferation of credit card fraud on the internet we reserve the right to decline any order.

2.2 Care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, colours and prices are correct. However colour representations may vary depending on your own monitor and we endeavor to be as accurate as possible. All sizes are approximate. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering.

3. Payment Information - Will be advised with quotation

3.1 In general a secure email or on-line payment will be required using Credit or Debit Card via PayPal - (a PayPal account is NOT required).

3.2 Cheque payment:- UK ONLY - GBP £ Pounds Sterling (please state this requirement on your quote request).

4. Delivery Information

4.1 Postage & Packing is £3.99 within the UK unless stated otherwise; or Price On Quotation for Rest of the World. Note that any non UK taxes that maybe levied are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4.2 You will be notified via email when goods have been dispatched. All goods within the UK are sent by the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service, and a signature will be required on receipt.

5. Lost or Damaged Goods

5.1 Please let us know if goods are received damaged or if there are any other problems within three days of receipt. If goods have not been received within 14 days of placing the order please let us know immediately via Feedback Form or email: lost or damaged at cachetservices dot co dot uk.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 All credit and debit card payment information is retained by the financial institution such as PayPal that processes your order, therefore your personal financial information is never available to us.

6.2 We will never sell or distribute any of your personal information that may be available to us, to anyone else.

7. Applicable Law

7.1 These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English Law, and the
English Courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
